What exactly is a long lunch on the field??

On the 23rd of August, you’ll get to see Holloway like you’ve never seen it before. Imagine our beloved field set up with marquees, tables and a bar – just ready for you to spend a fabulous afternoon with your baseball friends!! From 12-4 enjoy the fabulous atmosphere and food that we’ve got on offer!

The food

We’re so excited to have this event catered by the legendary Brisbane food truck, Koma Sliders. Think delicious, fresh food, and plenty of it! 

The drinks

We will have an excellent array of cold drinks available – alcoholic and non-alcoholic of course! With your ticket entry you get 1 free drink of your choice. Please note that this is a fully licensed event – no BYO.

The entertainment

TBC – but we have some awesome options we’re looking at! Please note that for this event there won’t be any supervision provided for kids. If you’re looking for a more family-friendly event, stay tuned for our Family Fun Day early in the season (date TBC).

The prizes

As part of your ticket price you have 2 entries into our main raffle. First prize is one 2025/26 season Windsor Royals membership fees, a Windsor Stubby Cooler, PLUS a 70 year anniversary, limited edition supporter jersey (more details to follow on this one!).

Other prizes include passes to Urban Xtreme, X-Golf Enoggera, Gift Cards and more!

You’ll be able to buy more tickets on the day, and there will be lucky door prizes as well!

We might even have opportunities for you to prove your throwing expertise – but we’re waiting for approval from coaches before we go ahead with that one!

The dress code

Come along decked out in Red &/or Blue! Smart casual would be wise so you’re comfy for the afternoon! Speaking of comfy, NO HIGH HEELS on the field please! We’re already pushing boundaries by hosting lunch on such hallowed ground!!
